I had a root canal and root canal retreatment with Dr. Redford. She did an excellent job explaining my options and was careful and thoughtful while she performed my dental work. I did not feel any pain and she constantly checked on me making sure I was comfortable. She spent extra time on one tooth sparing me an additional appointment. She also called after each appt to make sure I was feeling good. Dental assistants were excellent as well. Would highly recommend Dr. Redford and this office.
I have nothing but great things to say about my Dr there today. I have a dental phobia and Dr. Jacobs was very kind. It was a completely painless procedure including the injections. The staff were friendly as well! My only small complaint would be getting a text message at 11 at night seeing if I could come in at an earlier time. I think text messages should be sent during normal business hours. Overall my experience here was great.
I could not be more pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the quality of work. I had a minor issue with a root canal they did. They took care of it and fixed it right then, no additional appointment necessary, no extra cost. Very pleased.
Dr. Benjamin Adams is absolutely incredible. He takes the time to answer and explain every last detail. A very kind and genuine individual. I highly recommend you see him. The office also has all the latest technology and gadgets.
