  It was an absolute blessing having Nancy as our midwife.Nancy provided a calm, non-alarmist perspective throughout our pregnancy and birth. We found her to be extremely responsive and knowledgeable and always answered our questions with thoughtfulness She brought a level of compassion and empathy that was invaluable for us. As we worked through the process of making decisions as first time expectant parents, Nancy gave sound advice, free from judgment or bias. She presented information and encouraged us to decide based on the information and our values. We never felt rushed during our prenatal visits. Nancy took the time to thoroughly explain what was currently going on with our pregnancy, what to expect next and provided a number of natural remedies for symptoms such as nausea. Nancy was an absolute angel throughout our birth. She made us feel safe and confident, two things that I believe are not easy to do for first time parents. She provided not only the best evidenced-based medical care, but provided a level of physical, emotional and spiritual support that we are eternally grateful for. She provided soothing physical touch with massage, verbal affirmations and prayer. Nancy worked incredibly hard to help us bring our child into the world in line with our wishes in a safe and peaceful environment. We now have an incredibly happy, calm and healthy baby boy and a beautiful birth experience that we will always hold close to our hearts thanks to Nancy. We thank God for Nancy and feel so fortunate to have access to her experience, talent and wisdom as we grow our family.
