Professionalism and customer service were spectacular. They were detailed in explaining, and had diagnostics to back up their work. From beginning to end, the entire staff was superb.
It isn't often that you can say that you got truly exceptional service at an auto shop, but Dave's is not your average shop. They care about their customers and their cars like they are their own. I had a lot of service done six months ago at Dave's and experienced some very serious problems recently. I had the car towed to Dave's and they took care of the problem completely without charging me a dime! I could not believe their dedication to service and their customers!
