  Richard has been helping my mom for the past few years and more recently, I have been working directly with him on my mom’s behalf. He is amazingly helpful and responsive - plus very kind. Anything we need, he is able to supply and he makes the entire process easy and seamless!! And I always feel like he is working to help us - not simply pad his bottom line - really trustworthy!! A pleasure to find and a rarity in this industry!!

  The staff is extremely helpful and always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. There was a gentleman there named Richard that helped my grandmother find the perfect wheelchair and personally delivered it to her home! I would recommend Ability to everyone!

  Having Matthew John help my husband receive his CPAP machine was the best experience. We were very impressed with Matthews promptness and knowledge of the products, but even more so with his ability to expedite the process with our insurance company (our insurance company is unbelievably slow). We were pleasantly surprised at the dedication Matthew has in regards to making his clients needs met quickly. We would highly recommend Ability Medical and will continue to do business with them in the future.

  The people at Ability Medical have gone literally out of their way to help my mother in a very difficult situation. They have also been compassionate, supportive, available, and flexible. I highly recommend them They are a small, personal shop that gives excellent, excellent service. I'd give them 10 starts if I could.
