  This apartment complex is amazing. Just signed on for a second year. They continuously update and fix things. Maintenance changes filters twice a year without being asked, will come very fast if there is an issue, and are friendly. Filed a maintence report to let them know that the treadmill is broken and staff had someone out the next day to fix it. Always very kind when I go to the front office. Zero complaints.

  I have lived here for a year now and I have enjoyed my time here. After moving from the city I was worried I was going to miss my building amenities, the staff help, and luxury feel to my apartment. Brookdale on the park definitely did not disappoint. The apartment complex has a luxury living feel to it and the staff is so helpful. Whenever I need something it is taken care of right away. It's is a calm place to live and the location is great! Close to train stations, downtown naperville and the highway. I feel safe and at home living here and I know I picked the best place to live in Naperville.

  Angela, Jackie, and the whole staff at Brookdale on the Park is amazing. They treat you like family and if you ever need anything they are always there to help. The apartments are clean, well kept, and up to date. Resident portal is very easy to use and pay the bills. The price is definitely worth it here.
  
  I renewed my lease because I can't live anywhere else.
