Family friendly people, cheaper then any chain, fast-as-can-be, painless and quick billing, extremely trustworthy people. I won't mince words. I live in Warren and I still get my car serviced here. This place is an hour away from my home. That may seem crazy, but trust me.
They have earned it, and you can find out why.
I have been going to the Auto Shop for the past 15 years with my vehicles. I must say they KNOW what they are doing! The staff are knowledgable and friendly and honest! If you question something they will guide you in the right direction! They are reasonably priced, which i like! The quality of service the Auto Shop brings is professional! Thank you! I highly recommend this place for car service and repairs!
I might be biased since I've been going here my entire life, but the Auto Shop is the only shop I actually TRUST. Anyone leaving a bad review obviously doesn't know the owners at all.
I've never met owners who care so much about their customers and their employees. They don't try and sell ANYTHING that's not necessary or going to benefit you.

We've been taking our cars to the Auto Shop for for many years. When we have had an emergency, I so appreciate that they are always willing to take time out of a very busy day to fit us in, unlike some other automotive repair places we have used. They have always been honest and have never done unnecessary repairs to our vehicles, always discussing all the options. We appreciate this local business!
