  I visit Florida monthly and Turbo is my go to for maintaining my fitness schedule. They were highly recommended by a couple of physicians I know and they were right. The WOD (workout of the day) is interesting and something everyone can do. Each exercise is modifiable for those just starting. Everyday the WOD is different so you have something to look forward to. The owners are very involved in the day to day progress of their clients. Its a pleasure to have such a great work out with the personal service that Scott & Julie provide. Also a good note for those who are not sure about a cross fit training or don't like class workouts, there is also the boot camp that is an individual workout that you can do at anytime during business hours.

  This morning was my first time here and both Julie and Scott were so welcoming. Great, clean and well organized gym. Julie spent the whole time warming up with me which was nice :) after the workout was done I was exhausted and defeated yet felt energized. I can't wait to start coming here regularly. Great gym and nice people. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a killer workout with an extra push!!! You guys rock!
