This place is GREAT! The staff is friendly, kind, and respectful. Dr. Spomenka and Dr. Bruno are both excellent doctors, very caring, knowledgeable and they always get the treatment right! When my kids are sick they get me in RIGHT away. With the new year here most insurances apply EVERYTHING to the deductible ......with that being said I feel bad for the staff because they are doing their job collecting copayments and deductibles while trying to give the best care. Hang In There ladies!
The entire staff at Dr. J Pediatrics is phenomenal! Doctors Bruno & Spomenka Jercinovic have been my pediatricians since I was born (1989) and are now my sons' doctors. They have always gone above and beyond to provide us with the best care possible. Whenever my sons come down with something, we are seen the same day I call, within an hour or two! Amazing. While they are flexible & knowledgeable, they more importantly go ABOVE & BEYOND for their patients. I wouldn't choose anyone else to care for my babies!
