  First visit for my cat was great. Most thorough exam she's had in 9 years of life! Even covered her crate a blanket with calming scent to help settle her which was great.

  Caton Crossing and Dr Marji Bundy was recommended by a friend. Since we live in Chicago and used to live in the Plainfield area I have heard of this animal hospital. Our senior Chihuahua (Charley) was diagnosed with a torn ligament and it is an expensive surgery not to mention scary because of our baby's age. From the moment I stepped foot into Caton Crossing I received the best compassionate customer service from everyone there. Dr. Bundy took her time to explain everything and we discussed other options and I felt her intentions were pure not pushy but honest not to mention how professional and experienced she is. The surgery took place on 3/14/18 and I received numerous calls through out the day on Charley and Dr. Bundy even took the time to call me personally after his surgery. Dr. Bundy started her day at 8:00 a.m. and she called me at 9:00 p.m. after the surgery. This screams dedication and love for what you do even though you are exhausted. The cost was very reasonable as compared to Chicago's. We would highly recommend Caton Crossing Animal Hospital and you should know that these people care and are the best at what they do. From the ladies at the front desk Jennifer, Kirsten and Caitlyn (vet technician) really everyone there is full of compassion and understanding that you are worried about your fur baby and they get it. Customer Service is impeccable as well as their knowledge and experience. Caton Crossing and staff we thank you for taking such good care of our Charley Bear and we are grateful!!!!!!

  We just moved to the area and I did a lot of research on which vet to bring our pups to. We had taken them to a holistic vet that was very in tune with natural remedies and also one that didn't push vaccines. This vet was very knowledgeable and the staff was very friendly. I recently called for some advice about my dogs upset stomach and they gave advice over the phone instead of making unnecessary appointments just to get some extra money. Went a long way in saying they care about the pets over making money on vet visits for something as simple as a temporary diet change. Planning to come here for a long time!
