I placed an online order here solely because they had the best price on a Strata Tour set and local stores refused to price match. Unfortunately, UPS lost my package. Before the UPS investigation was even complete, an absolutely incredible representative told me not to worry as they were sending out a replacement.

This is the kind of understanding and customer service that is nigh impossible to find with online equipment purchases. I will be a regular customer here from this point forward.
