  Coach Felipe will give you a thorough strength training workout, ideal for fat loss and lean muscle mass gains. I'm new to the gym and he's taught me proper technique and a variety of exercises so I'm starting to look like I know what I'm doing! He's also personable so you're engaged during your workout. If you want someone to hold you accountable and push you to have a fitter, healthier lifestyle he's your guy.

  A year ago I was at a very dangerous point in my life. Overweight, no energy and didn't believe in myself to get under 300lbs. Being overweight, mostly my entire adult life, has taken a toll on my body. After meeting Coach Felipe in October of 2016, through my son, I have improved my health significantly.
  I hit a plateau for close to 5 months. Never once did he let me stay depressed. "Get that fitness in and be accountable." He always told me that, and i did! I lost inches in those few months and my clothes got loose. I gained strength that was much needed.
  50lbs lost and ready to lose more! Working out with Coach Felipe was great! He showed me techniques to use when working on gym equipment and just how to properly bend, squat and lift. He's been a great motivator in my life!
