  I am a leasing a manger for a 200 unit high rise down in Cap Hill, and this team is top notch 100% of the time.
  
  For simple carpet cleans at move out, major water extractions from flooding, tile cleaning in our lobby, and even cleaning a 15 floor trash chute, they do it all! Teams dispatch quickly, staff (on site and in office) is always kind and professional, and I am ALWAYS happy to have them on site and happy with their work- I would give six stars if I could.

  Jeremy and Caleb cleaned my carpets today. I am so impressed by the professionalism. They took such good care of everything. Besides being friendly and kind, they were fast and efficient. And my 11 year old carpets look amazing... Spots that seemed permanent were gone. Thank you Bear Steam! You do it well! And Jeremy is the best!

  I manage rental properties in Denver, and we've been using Bear exclusively for the last 10 years.
  Simply the best.
  I don't want to set expectations that are too high, but my personal experience has been nothing short of amazing. We've had dozens of carpets deemed "unsalvageable" by management, only to have Bear come out and make them look like new.
  I don't know if they still do repairs, but the repairs they've done for us were nothing short of magic. Cigarette burns, bleach stains, they even made a chewed-up corner disappear once.
  Polite, respectful employees, each and every time. 5+ stars.

  Definitely recommend this company! They were fast and friendly. Got the job done in under an hour and the house looks great! They are also very reasonably priced. We will definitely use them in the future.
