The staff at this facility were great. From the time I arrived to the time I left, the staff made sure i was comfortable and were very tentative. Anesthesiologist did a twilight sedation and it worked great. I didnt feel or remember a thing but also didnt feel groggy after either. This facility game me a flower on my way out too. Incredible to say the least. Thank you lakeshore surgicare!
Everyone makes you feel so comfortable from checking to leaving. My pre-op nurse Brittany was amazing and really helped me relax. I feel bad but don’t remember who my discharge nurse was but she was so patient and helpful. She was suppose leave but never rushed me. When you have great staff it makes such a difference on your experience. Also, Dr. Thompkins is a miracle worker!!
Carol was my intake nurse and she is a very gifted nurse. Her compassion and nurturing personality made me feel like I mattered to her. Princess Jill was my discharge nurse and I was in excellent hands. She was so prompt getting me something to drink and very thorough on instructions for care at home. This is the best surgical center I have ever been in.
