This office was phenomenal. The wait time was a little long but not unreasonable considering all that the new pain laws require the Dr to do before going into the room with the patient. The staff are very nice, courteous, and helpful. They do their best scheduling a day and time that works for you. If you call with a question or issue, you receive a return call quickly, if not immediately resolved. The Drs themselves are some of the best pain management doctors I've had in the last 13yrs I've been dealing with my pain issues due to a car accident. They listen to you, and actually look at your medical records so as to not repeat unsuccessful treatments in the last. This is a huge relief as most of my past doctors all just did the same thing as the previous doctor, even when I told them my history. They simply told me, oh well, you haven't had it done by us and we are exceptionally good at (insert various injections, treatments, and medications). This Dr did not do that. One doctor told me that gene testing isn't even a thing, even though my prior Dr had performed it and found out exactly what medication would be successful, and they were given the report! This Dr looked at it and adjusted treatment appropriately. I can't praise them enough. If in the East Stroudsburg area and in need of Pain Management, choose this Dr. I'm incredibly thankful for these Drs.
