  Great place!! Great coaches who know their stuff! It's not just about lifting it's about practicing the proper nutrition to match the athlete you want to be! They're patient, and understand that we all come in with different levels of experience. You will not be disappointed!

  This box provides great instruction especially for those new to Crossfit and they do a great job with modifications for those with old injuries.

  I am relatively new to the CrossFit RSC group but would like to provide some feedback to others seeking that question “should I”. Yes, you should. I played with the thought of starting a CrossFit program for a very long time and wish I started much sooner!
  
  I have been working with Clara mostly and am thrilled with the outcomes. Clara adapts teaching style to different audiences with ease and professionalism; she listens, and is able to pay close attention to everyone in the gym while providing guidance. I feel that her responses are mature and respectful as she takes initiative with each learner’s needs and adaptation. They do NOT want you to get hurt they are great with beginners.
  
  RSC offers several options to join “try” the program. Coaches, clientele and all are fantastic. I can’t be happier with the choice I made with fitness and nutrition both.
  
  Location is ideal! The traffic light makes it easy to get in and out of the area, parking is easy and the facility is clean.
  
  I have noticed that RSC takes great pride in their work and ability to convey information to adult and young learners alike that is practical. Each coach demonstrates patience and respectful guidance when interacting with everyone, which will help build strong, positive relationships with their learners/clients it also, shows their passion and enthusiasm for training which will rub off you!
