The office staff has always been wonderful and I can't say enough about Dr. Balkin. She is empathetic and sympathetic, but tells it like it is. She goes way above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and is so easy to talk to, very funny too! She's the best!

Dr Balkin and her staff go above and beyond all the time. They have never been rude to me as some others have said. I have been seeing her for about three or four years and never had a bad experience. I guess you get what you give!
