  Fantastic workout where you will see results! Love the variety of workouts (never the same one twice), ability to work at my own pace, and challenging myself both mentally and physically!

  I have never been here but it seems that Google wants me to review this place. It has been appearing at the top of my places I been for quite some time. I have not been to any exercise establishment and several years one look at me and you would confirm that. I assume this establishment has a lot of exercise equipment and is open 24 hours. Check it out and write a better review than this one.

  The gym was clean, new, the facilities were great, the equipment was great, the customer service was excellent, the music was upbeat, the trainer did a wonderful job, and I liked the intensity of the workout, but also that I could modify it to challenge myself and/or take a breather as I saw fit. Would definitely come again!

  THE BEST gym I have ever been to. I'm not going to lie, I was skeptical at first because of the membership price but after my free-trial workout, I never looked back. When I walk in, I always feel welcome. The coaches encourage and challenge the group throughout the entire workout but not in a drill sergeant way. Each and every workout pushes me and I leave feeling like I accomplished something. I would recommend this gym to everyone. JOIN OTF!

  I have been to many gyms over the years, and have even taught at several. This workout is different. Every day is different, most are intense, but not enough to where you want to quit. The coaches make you want to come back for more. They truly are the magic in the workouts. They push you, they encourage you, and on many occasions are working out right next to you during their off time. That says a lot. You will sweat, probably curse, and maybe feel like you want to stop...but the music, the coaches, and everyone working out alongside you will keep you going. Best investment ever.
