  Dr. Pham was extremely patient, kind, thorough, and took the time to explain each step of my eye exam. I definitely felt like I was in capable hands! I also love the fact that LensCrafters has flexible hours so it's not difficult to get an appointment.

  I totally disagree with the negative comments about this optometrist and his office. My experience was 100% positive, and Dr. Pham helped me with vision issues I had difficulty correcting for several years. His staff was personable and completely professional.

  Great practice!! Have been patients for 4 years used the Manassas office but also use the Gainesville office. Doctors and staff have been great!

  I have suffered extreme severe dry eyes for many years. Over the years, I have been seen by many optometrists and an Opthalmologist. They all prescribed a special eye drops, Restasis, for my severe dry eyes and my BCBS insurance requires prior authorization. None of my former optometrists and Opthalmologist contacted my insurance for prior authorization because they literally informed me that it was too much hassle to deal with insurance. I've suffered with severe dry eyes for so many years until I was seen by Dr. Pham recently. His office immediately contacted my insurance and I now pay zero copay for this special eye drops. I can't thank you enough for his attentiveness and patient care. He's pprofessional, caring and willing to work with you. Also, His practice millennial digital technology is top notch. Thank you Doctor Pham for your great patient care.
