  The General Manager Jim signed me up for my unit 2 years ago and since then he has provide us with the highest level of customer service I have received from any storage company! I am moving out of state and he made the process as seamless as it was moving into the unit. Some companies treat you differently when you leave so his kindness during this process shows a lot about his character and commitment to customer service. Thanks!!

  Great facility and staff! Our unit is perfect and moving in was easy. Jim was a pleasure to work with and helped out big time when we lost our key.

  My experience with this particular CubeSmart location has been magnificent. When I first entered the office I was warmly greeted by Sofhia. She is highly energetic, personable, patient and very pleasant. She took a great deal of time with me to ensure that I had the proper unit for my needs. It was perfect!!!! I have since had many interactions with Sofhia and they have all been equally fantastic.

  Jim keeps a clean facility and hardest working manager at any of their facilities that I have seen. Courteous, understands issues and gives his utmost respect for your situation in a difficult time when moving your items. Jim has the experience and knows how to manage the facility. I am glad to have Jim back as the manager of the Venture Center Way location.

  I recently assisted my friend Staci with choosing a storage unit very close to our neighborhood in Boynton Beach FL, for storing extra furniture she had after a recent move. I've personally in the past had my own storage units from other companies so I was a bit familiar with the whole process. I must say that this was the best experience I've ever witnessed with a storage company. The manager there (Jim Lay) was outstanding! He covered all the bases and then some! The entire facility was spotless and my friend got a great deal on the unit she picked out and even got the first month free, which doesn't apply to all units. We also got free use of a 12' box truck to pick up her furniture to bring back to the unit! Big money saver there! I can't say enough about Jim's professionalism throughout the whole process and he definitely went over and above to make sure we were completely satisfied. I was very impressed. Great job Jim!!
