  Jerry was the installer and was very courteous and professional. I asked him to call ahead, he did and came out on time, and did a great job. I bought a used unit and after he was done with the initial install, there was a part that he felt wasn't up to par, so he came back out the next day and fixed it. I would have been satisfied with the way it was, however, Jerry was too professional to just let it go. Great job. We're very satisfied.

  Greg has been helping us for years and I highly recommend them. He personally helped us last night and saved the day so our mom could get to her appointment this morning Thanks for the help Greg , sincerely the Hoopers.

  On a weekend when our chairlift failed, Greg was available to assist. His ability to repair the chair saved us the expense of purchasing and time installing a new chairlift. Greg is very professional and considerate - we recommend him whole-heartedly.

  Greg, the owner was terrific!!! I purchase a lift from Craigslist, not realizing the side of the stairs made a difference...but it does. Greg saved the day by doing an even trade for us. Then Jerry came to install!! Another terrific guy...he was knowledgeable and kind. It was a installation more complicated by our need to get everything in the car, which meant we had taken everything totally apart. Had I known, we would have just purchased everything from Ascent. These guys are honest and helpful because they actually care about meeting peoples needs.
