  I have been living here for over a month now, and I love my little apartment! Sure, its an older building, but the management is working hard to get it upgraded, although i hope the baseboard heaters are kept, its so nice that my floors are always warm! I'm glad I found this place.

  Victoria and Alfredo at the leasing office are just delightful to lease from! Their response time is impeccable and have made moving in an easy process. Always at the office greeting you with a smile and willing to lend a helping hand! They are making great progress with these apt buildings and I am excited to see all the renovations and updates they have invested ! I will say, I wish there was an option to recycle here! Maybe that come with With the updates? Definitely recommend!

  Lived here for a year now and have loved seeing the new things being upgraded around the apartments. Nice to see the money I'm paying is being used to make this a better community. I understand that this place wasn't the best of places before but the management here seems very willing to help out with whatever may come about. Just signed a new lease and can't wait to see what new things are coming to make living here that much better.

  I love living at the Avalon! From the beginning, the staff was prompt with returning phone calls. They are also courteous, well informed and friendly. The complex is well taken care of and any maintenance needs have been taken care of quickly and effectively. My neighbors are awesome and I plan on staying for quite a while. I highly recommend the Avalon.
