Barnum Dog Park

Came here for a nice picnic, cool overlook of the city and highways are nearby. Check it out if you are in the area. There is a pool nearby as well which I believe is a community pool though I have never been. Wish the parking lot was bigger though you can just park in the neighborhood but I feel awkward parking in front of someones house.

Nice and big fenced-in park with a ton of space to run around and play ball. There is a separate area for small dogs too. It’s easy to reach the park via the nearby park trails or by car. There is street parking and a parking lot close by.

The dog park area is really big and clean. There are 2 separate areas for moe active dogs and calmer ones. Poop bags are provided by the park in the dispensers. The dogs we met there so far were awesome and their owners friendly and responsible. We will definitely be coming back

Plenty of shaded area, clean, fences are in excellent shape, one high energy area and one low energy area. Bag holders were empty but I'll definitely come again. I live in Thornton and the dog parks the leave a lot to be desired. A little out of the way but worth the drive. Fyi entrance off street is locked. Entrance on other end is open. Love it
